Hiatus

I am sorry to all of you waiting for my next lesson,
I am working on getting one of my sites active and this is taking longer than planned
I will try to get to lesson 3 soon It probably wont be as I had planned but I will touch on the basics for creating a chestnut/sorrel I was going to do 3 shade of the color for the lesson but will only be doing 1, I hope that I have not disappointed any of you.
If you would like to see the new site it is Here, I know that up until now I was just the girl who was teaching you how to simplify your horses coats. The new site is the SKA (Sims3 Kennel Association) I will be so to speak the Head of the Dog community I am working with both the SKC & the SKO(formerly HSR).

For all who have not found the SKA forum this was posted on it by the Owner of the SKC after it was emailed to her.
'looks like the SKA and possibly the Hidden Springs Registry might want to become sister sites with the SKC, and would like to talk to you. This would be great for all three sites and the community. Having a site based off the AKC standard (SKC), another for the United Kennel Club standard (HSR), and one to head the breed registries based on both would allow people from all sides of the community to find something that works best for them. If these sites became connected and could work together who knows how big and well organized this community could become.

Dogs would be registered with either the SKC or HSR depending on which standard they conformed to, and if the standards for the breed matched possibly both. Any dog of the breed could be registered in this way so casual breeders and kennels would not get left out. Owners whose dogs match the standard closely could then contact the dogs breed registry and apply for certification. Once a dog was accepted by the registry they would be added to the SKA's database for that breed. The quality of the dog and how closely it matched the breed standard would determine how far it's certification could go. Both hard core enthusiast and casual breeders would register with the SKC or HSR and then those who wanted could keep going up the ladder towards SKA certification. I really don't see any better way this community could go than with these sites working together as a team.

The 3 of us are still in talks about how to go about running the 3 sites as a team & yet still have them separate. I do think that whatever we decide in the end it will be the best idea for the Canine Community.

Also The Canine Community is lacking CC if any you are a Creator & would like to try your hand at Dog relatied Custom Content you can post your CC on the SKA forum or contact me through the Forum or email me at sims3kennelassociation@gmail.com
